Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking: A full refund will be issued(Depends upon your booking/Arrival date).
- Cancellations made 2-7 days before check-in: A 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
- Cancellations made within 2 days of check-in: No refund will be issued.
No-Show Policy:
- If you fail to check in on your scheduled arrival date without notifying us, a no-show fee equal to the first night’s accommodation cost will be charged.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the booking.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Exceptions:
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, we may make exceptions to our cancellation and refund policies.
